Shopping for Moments Hospice uniforms and branded apparel is safe, secure, and easy. To shop the catalog, follow these simple steps:
- Browse through Moments-Shop.com by hovering over the categories at the top to shop through a variety of subcategories.
- Browse through Moments-Shop.com by clicking on the main categories at the top to shop all products for that category.
- If you know your item number or have a general description of what you are looking for, you may type that in the upper right-hand Search box and hit enter to populate items that most closely match what you entered. If nothing appears, there was nothing that matched your search criteria.
- If an item has arrows at the bottom right corner, that means that there are more color options to choose from that you can page through by clicking the arrows.
- When you click on a product, you can enlarge the photo by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom corner of the product image. If you hover your cursor to the middle right-hand of the photo, and an arrow appears, you can click on the arrow to page through the color options.
- When you select your color, the main image will change to reflect the color you selected.
- To order, make sure you have selected all required options, entered your quantity, and then click "Add to Cart."
- When in the shopping cart, you can click on "Continue Shopping," or "Checkout," to complete your order.
- When you go to check out, you can either log in with existing credentials or create new ones.
- If your order is being shipped to a residential address, please select "Yes," where you are asked if your shipping address is residential. If it is not, simply click "Continue." Please note that when you select "Yes" you are accepting a $3.25 charge, as UPS charges Residential Surcharges for residential shipments.
- Enter your shipping address within the Shipping Address section. Please note we do not deliver to PO Box addresses, so please provide us with a physical street address.
- Select the shipment method that most closely matches your needs. The shipping methods shown are the only ones available for your shipping address. Please note that shipping time does not start until the day of shipment. If you ordered items that are ReadyShip! they will ship the same day you placed your order if it was placed by 12pm CST on a business day, and the next business day if placed after 12pm CST. If you ordered OnDemand items, they will ship in 10 business days. If your shipment is going to a destination outside of the US, the recipient is responsible for all customs/duties/taxes. fees. If both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items are ordered, you will receive two separate shipments.
- When completing your payment information, make sure that the billing address entered matches the address that the statements for the card you will be using are sent. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.
- If you have a Coupon Code or Gift Certificate, enter them prior to your credit card information, and click apply. Please note that you do need to be logged into your Moments-Shop.com account in order to use a Gift Certificate. If you did not use your entire Gift Certificate, your account will hold the balance for you to use against a future order. To use Gift Card Account Balances on your order, check the "use my account balance box" to apply the amount. If there is a balance due, it will show that to the right of where you enter your payment information.
- You will have an opportunity to review your order details prior to clicking "Place Order Now."
- Once you click "Place Order Now," your order will be submitted. You'll be taken to a screen that provides you with your order number, and you'll receive an emailed Order Confirmation from Moments-Shop.com with your order details. Please keep this for your records, as this also serves as your receipt. Once you've submitted your order, changes cannot be made.
- If you need to cancel your order or make a return, please reach out to moments-shop@crealityinc.com or call us at 888-431-2254. Orders cannot be changed once submitted. Please note returns can only be made up to 30 days from when it was received, and all items must not have been used, worn or laundered. The shipping of returned items is the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly produced from what was ordered.
