Creality also provides full-service warehousing, kitting, and fulfillment solutions to support their core service offerings.
WHAT DOES CREALITY PROMO + RETAIL DO FOR MOMENTS HOSPICE?
Creality is Moments Hospice's uniform and branded apparel.
Our Online Company Store, Moments-Shop.com, offers Moments Hospice uniforms and branded apparel two different ways:
- ReadyShip!: Merchandise that is in-stock, and is shipped same day if ordered by 12pm CST (Business Days). Orders placed after 12pm CST (Business Day) will ship the next available business day.
- On-Demand: Merchandise that is produced On-Demand, or as ordered, and will ship within 10 business days after the order is submitted.
Please note that all orders with both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items will be shipped separately. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. Choosing an expedited shipment method does not expedite production. Please reach out to Customer Service with any questions at moments-shop@crealitypromo.com or 888-431-2254.

HOW DO I ORDER LARGE QUANTITIES?

HOW DO I CANCEL AN ITEM/ORDER THAT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED ON MOMENTS-SHOP.COM?

HOW ARE MY ITEMS SHIPPED?
All ReadyShip! items are shipped the same business day if ordered by 12pm CST and if after 12pm CST, the following business day. On-Demand items are produced on-demand, or as ordered, and ship within 10 business days. All orders with both ReadyShip! and On-Demand items will be shipped separately. The delivery date will be after production + transit time to destination. Choosing an expedited shipping method does not expedite production. If UPS SurePost is selected as the shipment method, please note this can add 1-2 business days to your shipment, as this method hands off the package to your local post office for delivering. HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM/ORDER?
On Demand apparel and/or merchandise is non-returnable, unless the item(s) are defective and you provide photos showing the defect. Please be sure to look at size charts for apparel items, and review your order’s shopping cart carefully before checking out to avoid errors.
ReadyShip! items are returnable, so long as they have not been used, worn, or laundered within 30 days of receiving the order. These are items that can be restocked. You are responsible for the shipping of items back, and once we receive them, we will process a refund for the merchandise received to the payment method used at checkout.
Please note if apparel and/or merchandise is returned that is outside of our returns policy, refunds will not be processed. To start the returns process, please reach out to our Customer Support Team at moments-shop@crealitypromo.com or 888-431-2254.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
Creality is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
